In a safe environment, you can explore your thoughts and feelings at the root of your concerns, activate core values, and modify problematic life patterns. You can find resources for positive change.
My approach examines your past experiences and how these influence your feeling and thinking. I help identify and activate your core values. Therapy is careful listening, thoughtful interpretation, nonjudgmental acceptance of your issues, accurate and meaningful feedback. Mobilizing your core values in an action plan can help you diminish painful feelings. Contentment is when your values and behaviors are congruent.
