In a safe environment, you can explore your thoughts and feelings at the root of your concerns, activate core values, and modify problematic life patterns and, in this way, find personal resources for change.
My approach examines your past experiences and how these influence your feeling and thinking. Therapy is careful listening, thoughtful interpretation and nonjudgmental acceptance of your issues. Mobilizing your core values can help you diminish painful feelings and find congruency and contentment.
